||||

- **6 月 12 日下午（美东时间约 5:21pm）**，Anthropic 收到美国政府的出口管制指令。

||||
- 指令要求：禁止任何"外国公民"访问 Fable 5 和 Mythos 5，**无论其是否身在美国境内，包括 Anthropic 自己的外籍员工**。
|
||||
- Anthropic 表示，无法在实时调用中精准区分用户是否为外国公民，因此只能对所有客户整体关停这两个模型。

||||
|
||||
据 Axios 报道，触发此次行动的，是另一家公司声称对 Mythos 实现了"越狱"（jailbreak），引发监管层对国家安全风险的担忧。Anthropic 称，其理解的相关手法是"让模型读取一段代码并找出、修复其中的软件漏洞"，并指出这类能力在其他模型上也已广泛存在。
